Creator Spots brings distinctive local spaces together so you can spend less time searching and more time planning the work.

Use the enquiry form on the location’s page. Include your proposed date, timings, crew size and what you want to create.
We check with the owner
Creator Spots liaises with the owner to confirm availability, suitability and any practical requirements. You can discuss the details before committing.
Confirm the arrangements
The booking details and payment arrangements are confirmed before the shoot proceeds. Then arrive ready to work within the agreed hire terms.

We are an independent business based in Thanet, building a collection of distinctive spaces across Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and the surrounding area.

The space and access
Agree the areas included, access times and whether you need exclusive use. A listing does not automatically include the whole property.
The hire cost
Use the published rate as your starting point. Confirm the duration, inclusions and any additional requirements before committing. Creator Spots charges owners a 12% fee on all completed bookings, with no additional Creator Spots booking or platform fee charged to customers.
The arrangements
Confirm payment arrangements, cancellation terms and the contact for the day. Bring the equipment you need unless the listing and agreement say it is included.

Can I book a location instantly?
No. All locations are arranged by enquiry. We check your proposed shoot with the owner before booking details and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Can I discuss the location before committing?
Yes. Send your brief and questions through the location’s enquiry form. We can check the space, access and requirements with the owner before you decide.
Is the whole venue included?
Not necessarily. Some listings offer specific rooms or areas, while others offer wider private hire. Tell us what you need so the included space and exclusivity can be agreed.
Can I enquire at short notice?
Yes, but availability and owner approval still need to be checked. Some spaces specify minimum notice periods, so read the individual listing.
What if my plans change?
Contact Creator Spots as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are handled according to the terms agreed for your booking.
Is this only for professional productions?
No. Independent creators are welcome alongside commercial photographers, agencies, brands and production teams. What matters is finding a suitable space and agreeing the requirements.
